YouTube 5K support!

YouTube announced 5K support nearly two years ago but only a select few creators could have there content successfully uploaded in such resolution. Testing out a graphic file today I can confirm that 5120x2880p30 is now completely supported in Safari and Chrome Canary. 5K 60fps still does not work, even with Chrome as VP9 (since that's the only way to get 4K60p for now). For now, when a 5K60p file is uploaded it is automatically down sampled to 1080p60, not even giving a 4K60 option for whatever reason.

This is a great start to the quickly approaching 8K60p standard.
